Tax deductible sponsorship can be paid by the following options:
- Fill out the Zeffy form below (pick your sponsorship level) to pay by CC or Bank Transfer (your receipt will say SOS Care, our sponsors of our non-profit foundation.)
- Check – Make payable to SOS Care / Samantha and Jake (our sponsor) and sent to SOS Care, 5276 Hwy 17 BUSiness, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. Please put Sponshorship level in memo
