May 24, 2025 – Pickleball Tournament / Vendor Event at Conway Recreation Center 9 AM – 3 PM
Cost: Vendor $50 Food Trucks $75
PLEASE NOTE:
** No refunds and no booth sharing unless pre-approved.
** No public Wi-Fi available.
** This is a family event. No outside animals, no pets, no alcohol.
** Outside space bring a tent, table and chair. Inside bring a table and chairs.
** Food vendors must follow all SC DHEC rules and regulations. Crockpots, food warmers, or open flames are not allowed.
** Early breakdown or leaving is not allowed.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR THE USE of Conway Recreation Center Neither the Conway Recreation Center nor the Market Common Veterans (MCV) will assume any responsibility for any injury to persons or property that may occur on or near any building, parking lot, or any property owned or operated by Conway Recreation Center, as a result of attending any function here. No alcoholic beverages nor political agendas are permitted during this event. By submitting this application you agree to the above terms.
